- When you order, we use your name, email, phone number, billing and delivery addresses, purchased items and order notes to process and deliver your order.
- If you create an account, we keep your account details and order history. Contact messages are used to answer your enquiry.

- Product reviews contain the information you submit. Approved reviews and the display name supplied with them may be visible to other visitors.
Why we use it
Order processing is necessary to fulfil our contract with you. Accounting records are kept to meet legal obligations. Customer support, security and fraud prevention are based on our legitimate interests. Where we request consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Who receives it
- Stripe and your chosen payment service process payments and related security checks. We receive transaction references and payment status. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
- Delivery providers receive the details needed to deliver your order. Hosting, website, email and technical support providers process information needed to run the shop.
- Our Meta commerce integration connects the shop’s product catalogue to Facebook and Instagram. Meta services may process browsing or shopping events through connected advertising features. See Meta’s privacy policy.
- We may share information where required by law or to handle a dispute. External services may process information outside the EEA under their applicable transfer safeguards; their notices explain the arrangements.
Cookies and external links

How long we keep it
